Good afternoon, lady has bought and paid for an item but has contacted me to say she forgot to change delivery address. She has given me required address. Is there a way for me to alter postage label to show requested delivery address?

Not if you buy postage from ebay. If you buy your own from your post office you can write what you like on the address label.
However, you won't be complying with ebay seller protection if you send to another address. If it's a cheap item that's not necessarily a problem.
But if it's more than you'd want to risk losing it's better to cancel the currenct transaction (refund will be issue in the process) and relist for buyer to buy and pay again after they've corrected their details on their account.

Simply don't do it no matter the excuse.
Best thing to do is to cancel the order with excuse problem with buyers address
Then relist if they wish to order with the correct address that is up to them.
