Performance / Sales total for this year problem.

I am just about to start my accounts for the year and cannot access the total sales figure

for this year.

I click on Myebay, change the sales report from 31 days to this year, press generate report

and it clicks back to 31 days with 'We ran into a problem. Please try again later'.

Does anyone else have this problem  ?

Is there a work around before i reach for the calculator ?

Happens to me every time. Have to refresh the page until you get the secure login page, once you’ve entered those details it should appear. 
Reported this several times over the last year….

This keeps happening to me too - Performance/Sales/Review your sales/custom/generate report....."we ran into a problem please try again later.  But later it does the same thing.  As suggested I will log in again and see if that works.  Have you managed to do it yet?

Yes - happens every single time. Especially when i'm trying to do my yearly accounts - How is it still not fixed by ebay?
