Payments withheld the second I become a business account

The stakeholder information in the company document provided does not match your eBay account. Review your stakeholder information and update your account with the correct details.

Everytime I submit my companies house details I get this message. 
they are correct,

my personal details are correct.

shall I just close it, take them to small claims for my funds and just sell from a private account for a few more months till they make me upgrade ?

Check your eBay Account has the exact name (& details) as your business documents, they may differ slightly e.g. Initials instead of full Christian name or Title.  If they appear to be matching to you, contact eBay's CS & ask them to tell you the problem they are referring to.

I'm not asking you to comment on this, but have you considered a Business Account as a Sole Trader (this information can be found in Registering as Business Seller). Also, some of your items look as if they could be sold on a Private eBay account alongside a Business account.
