Payments page won't load

I am trying to access the payments page but it just takes me to an advert for ebay loans, which I then click past, it then  takes me back to the advert and the asks me to sign in again , over and over and never takes me to the payments page. frustrating...anyone else having this? anyway of getting past it?

Is this still happening to you? If so, could you please try deleting the caches and cookies of your browser and try again? If that doesn't work, please take a screenshot of the page that you're getting, and I'll take a further look for you.
