Payment of second item to USA

Hi. I've got a customer that bought a vintage poster from me. He's in the States, he's paid through GSP.

Now he after paying he's decided he wants one more. So I need to charge him another £50 for the poster no postage to the GSP Hub but it's asking him to pay again from the hub to him when all I want to do is list it for him and send both posters together.

Shall i cancel the original transaction and sell both together and he gets both posters for one postage? Or is there a simpler way?   Thankyou

If I were you, I'd cancel the first sale. Then set up a single sale of both posters . Then they can go as *one* sale, with one GSP postage and tracking number.

( a recent thread on here was about somebody selling one item with GSP and another one -to the same buyer- but non GSP in the same parcel . Buyer is claiming non-arrival, but the seller is only covered for the one sale that was sold with GSP.....)

If you cancel the transaction then ask your buyer to add two items to the basket you should be able to invoice him as though it was one transaction, this has worked for my buyers in the past.If he goes straight to buy it now each item will be treated as a separate transaction with two lots of customs/vat to pay-the only way to avoid this is to add the quantity required to the basket. This works for me as a business seller but things may be different for private sellers.
