As a seller, I don't want Evri anywhere near my parcels. I don't want to be automatically opted into using Evri, I don't want it as an option for my buyers (ever!)
Evri (Hermes, <insert future name here>) is a complete joke of a company, they (staff) stole packages that I posted (got partially refunded after some half baked excuse ["the staff accidentally repackaged your item"]. I told them then that I would never use thier service again and I plan to stick to that.
It took weeks to recover funds because they don't have a customer contact number.
Get rid!
