No funds being deposited into my bank account since 1st July.

I have had a few sales but the money is not in my bank account. Wasted hours trying to find out why not. Woman in Mexico was not helpful and insisted my bank was at fault.

Don't know what is going on. I have a friend who also does ebay and she is the same - no bank deposits since July 1st and she has had a few sales yet the money is not going into her account.

For about a year, Ebay have not been paying money into your bank account, apart from quarterly if there are funds in your account.

You need to go to payments and withdraw the money.

Withdrawing your funds

Once your funds are showing as Available for payout in the Payments tab in My eBay or Seller Hub, you can request payouts directly to your linked bank account by entering the amount, and selecting Withdraw. Once your funds are in your eBay balance, you can withdraw them at any time, and it can then take 0-4 business days for your bank to process your payout once the funds are sent.

If you don’t use or withdraw your balance, we’ll automatically send your available funds to your bank account on the first Tuesday of every January, April, July, and October. For more information, visit our article on eBay balance.

After we initiate a payout it will appear as Funds sent in My eBay and the Payments tab in Seller Hub. It takes between 0-4 business days for the funds to clear in your bank account and become available to you.
