New Simpy Delivery - Home Pick Up

Hi 

Apologies if this has been covered already BUT according to the email I received:-

"Item 3 (of the listed advantages says)  Drop off your item at the nearest carrier location, or schedule a home collection and you’re done! "

How do I implement/request a pick up after I have printed out the pre-paid label ...

Thoroughly confused ??

Please can anyone advise on the setting that I may need to activate on my settings I have Royal Mail and Evri selected.

Collection is only currently available with Royal Mail and needs to be booked on the Royal Mail website/app once you have generated the label.

So I am not going mad as I spent a good few minutes "an hour" of my time trying to find out the answer and getting nowhere

Not impressed with the ambiguous email from Ebay then.

Royal Mail drop off is about 2 minutes walk away - EVRI drop off is a car drive BUT I guess that EVRI rates are cheaper than RM so most people would choose  that option (know I would)...

Need to see how things go ...
