My ebay selling

When i go to my e- bay and click selling it used to show my listings with how many views and how many watcher's but does not anymore

What happens when you click on this link and scroll across to the Views and Watchers columns?

Hello, what happens is sellers Hub comes up, and manage active listings (8) but no Views and Watchers columns.

Can you take a screenshot?

I'd be willing to bet that the customise option has been used at some point and those columns removed.

Click "Customize table" at the top of active listings page and make sure that views and watchers are both ticked.

If your on a PC, just type snip into the search box.

Or you can just do a print screen simply by pressing the Print screen button on your keyboard.

Are you scrolling across to allow those columns to appear on your screen?

If you're using Windows 10/11 you need to click the print screen (it might be labelled PrtSc) button; you can then select the area of the screen you want to copy which will be saved in your Screenshots folder.

To upload the picture to this thread you need to click the camera (insert photos) icon at the top of the message window. Click "Choose files" then change the directory to "Pictures -> Screenshots". The screenshot you took will have the filename "Screenshot YYYY-MM-DD hhmmss.png" i.e. the year, date and time the screenshot was taken.
