Like a whole bunch of people, I got the 'sell for free' pop up several hours ago. I'm currently doing a bunch of 'Sell Similar' for media and lo and behold...

Further update - eBay isn't playing nice with this update. As I'm relisting the button is stating 'List it for free' and then intermittently, upon being pressed, the button is reverting back to 'List with displayed fees'.  Seems a bit of a SNAFU eBay roll out. Refreshing the page seems to help so I'm guessing it will settle down.
