Items being flagged for policy violation

I have listed 4 items for sale. All four have been flagged for "policy violation" which is, apparently, trying to "buy and sell outside Ebay". I am not doing this (I'm trying to sell them on Ebay, very obviously) and there is nothing in any of the listings which could possibly suggest this. Feels like an AI glitch. I have raised an appeal on all 4 items but have not heard anything. Any suggestions as to what I can change to list the items?

Are you adding any kind of link to a third party website?

Re: Items being flagged for policy violation

I've had the same experience and wasted several phone calls to e bay "Resolution" without one, i was asked to hold the line whilst i awaited a referral to a Technician but gave up waiting. Why don't we all write a physical letter of complaint to Kirsty Keoghan, UK General Manager.

Re: Items being flagged for policy violation

At a guess....

'Collection from N7 North London. Other items in the pic (SSL Fusion, TK Audio EQ) also for sale.'

They don't like the suggestion of a postcode alongside the reference of other things for sale

or possibly taking offence to 'More info on the SSL Website.' - thought there isn't a link, they may not even like the reference

ebays bots are probably putting 2+2 together and making 5

You have three items in a system that you are selling individually, but every image shows the three items together. While unlikely BUT there is a risk there that someone might claim at item not as described. If you got a particularly annoying buyer.

Could also be the use of the word location in your listings - ebays not liking it as theres an assumption you are guiding users to where you are.

The world of Ebay is becoming an increasingly dystopian one from the sellers' perspective..

In your SOLID STATE LOGIC FUSION listing you have a photo of the item plus some other items, and in your description you say 'Other items in the photo (Warm Bus Compressor, TK Audio EQ) are also for sale.'

I haven't looked at your other listings, but on this one eBay will assume that you're touting for offers to buy 'the other items' (likely through the back-door) without listing them (and giving eBay a slice of the purchase price).

Did you realise that 3 out of your 4 listings (for different items) are using 2 identical pictures?

The pictures can only belong to one of your listings.

Re: Items being flagged for policy violation

If they are the Collection Only items I couldn't see any description added. Could that be the reason?? I would put something in the box if I were you.
