Ebay and Royal Mail are probably due the award for the most ignorant internally structured with fear built companies.
Why.... seriously, why do you need to be the CEO alter ego best friend just to pass on a simple issue to where a simple solution is put in place ?
I log in to get the details for a sale made today. I am prompted with this message :
Yet after such a long time of telling royal mail staff and ebay staff to escalate the missing feature of "bring my label", they still haven't made the connection and sorted the issue out.
It is why I don't use the feature. I am not in a position to be doing anything other than using the bring my label feature. It needs adding to the returns labels feature too.
Basically, if you go through ebay for the postage, they pay for it, you pay them, or if it is a return, they pay for it, the seller pays them. But if you purchase postage on royal mail and then purchase "collection" (which is free right now still) they will NOT add bring my label feature.
Yes, this is partly royal mail, this is also ebay. They have a contract in place and a set of people who talk to each other. For heavens sake, someone tell them about this missing feature so people can make full use of it.
This isn't about pointing fingers or checking who wins the "it's not our job". NONE OF THE TWO PARTIES are listening.

have a conversation ebay @ royal mail. solve the problem.
Someone report me for breaking the rules so the staff on here can escalate it. Even though I haven't broken the rules. "seller tools" has a broken feature.
