Due to ebay changing amount u can sell a month for free, i went down route of a shop as i like reduced fees but what is the point as i put item up for 50p or 75p and i get 35p Insertion fee on each of my items i put up on ebay after the free allocated is used. Now most will sell is 50p or 75p what the point in selling private or business if it doesnt pay to sell anymore.

There is no point, stampfdc17, though I suspect you've already figured that out and your question is rhetorical.
I must say it's quite something that you have sold 1,700 items in the past 90 days and, according to your listings, you do the invoicing after all your lots have finished on a Monday. You must be incredibly busy and phenomenally efficient and businesslike, dealing as you are with 19 orders each and every day.
Oh, just a head's-up: you might want to edit your listing descriptions. eBay stopped charging 12.8% commission + 30p per transaction at the start of this month for Private sellers. Both the genuine ones and and businesses claiming to be one...

well i do have a self employed job i do aswell so why u assume by that hench why i do my invoicing when all things finished i do my tax returns to so please dont think u know me at all. it was a simple question about how the fee are set as a shop it should be reduced now as they stated on there fee information or had i read it wrong. i also was doing like most people did. yes i know i will be changing it or closing my ebay account as no point in selling this if not worth the time i put in . I wish i sold 19 items a day as i only do 4 days of selling

I didn't assume anything, stampsfdc17, and I really have no idea what a 'hench' is so cannot comment on that.
Right: a couple of points to clarify:
1. Your listing descriptions state "I ALSO DO MY INVOICE AFTER ALL MY LOTS HAVE FINISHED ON A MONDAY UNLESS REQUESTED" (your capitals and your bold type). You wrote it, I didn't.
2. Sold listings are shown on an account for 90 days. Your sold listings clearly state 1700+ sales. 1705 to be exact. 1705 sales over a 90 period equates to average daily sales of, if you want to be precise, 18.944 recurring, or 19 rounded up. I didn't make it up. Here's a screenshot:
3. You didn't ask a question about how fees are set as a shop in your original post. You asked what the point of having a shop was when you are being charged 35p for every listing over the 300 per month free listings allocation given to Private sellers. The lack of a question mark made it more a rhetorical comment than an actual question.
Bottom line? If a Private seller lists more than 300 items a month they are charged 35p for each item listed. Private sellers with a basic shop subscription (which costs £19.99 per month) have 400 free listings per month, after which the 35p-per-listing fee is payable. Whether it's worth you listing items at the starting prices you mention is, for want of a better phrase, a business decision only you can make. I wouldn't dare to assume.
And you really need to correct the descriptions your listings - eBay no longer charge Private sellers commission.
You're welcome.

At the end of the day i was trying ask a question and i may forgot ? as im abit annoyed with there information they put up was reduced fees for shop sellers at the £19.99 Which i have paid already. i apologise i havent had chance to up date my description on all my lots yet but still working my head around the changes ebay made into correct information which happened at beginnng of october and i was away. I may have sold what ebay has let me do with being a private seller yes that my fault but i havent done nothing wrong just like the thousands of others on ebay do. I also do my yearly tax return so i still done nothing wrong. I didnt need u attacking me for my question if its worth selling or not as if it going cost me more than im selling. i didnt know if i read it wrong on ebay information.

You only have 125 listings at the moment so it is not worth you paying for a shop.
You have 300 free listings per month so if you keep within this figure, you will not have any fees to pay.

yes i sell that most time but it varies, ebay and other people dont see the side when u sell if private or business how hard it is to sell items sometimes. that why i tried keep within ebay limit but still declare it just cause i wasnt a business at the time because i was in ebay limit and i question a few times if i should have changed but they say no as i dont sell enough each week. im self employed so it a income when i have no work on to but still not enough live on lol. im lucky i have regular buyers which helps me sell but like i saying the 35p insert price is silly amout for most i sell is 50p to 75p items i may as well give it away. unless i take this on full time but either way the way ebay going business and private its not worth the fee they charge. i get the final and vat whic i have no problem paying and no way near the vat threshold wish i was. sorry if sound wrong

Will you please stop this frankly grotesque charade that you are a private seller.
You have sold over 1700 items in the past 3 months. You have - in your own words - "regular buyers" and according to your response to cobwebcottage you sell 300 items a month most of the time. How on earth you manage to list an average of 10 items each and every day and pack and ship an average of 19 items each and every day, 7 days a week, whilst also being self-employed is truly beyond comprehension. A self-employed stamp trader perhaps?
You are running a business. No ifs. No buts. You can call it what you want - a hobby, a side hustle, pin money, a side gig, whatever - but you are running a business and you should be registered as such. It makes absolutely no difference whether you ever enquired as to whether you should register as a business or not - though I doubt you have - just as it makes absolutely no difference whether you were told you didn't have to because you "don't sell enough each week".
Whichever way you look at it you are running a business and you need to register on this or any other site correctly. Frankly I really don't care whether you declare all this income to HMRC or not - that's between you and HMRC - but if you don't you will be hearing from them soon enough, so I do hope you kept all the purchase receipts for tax purposes.
You have no doubt filled your boots and taken advantage of all the offers sent to private buyers since you opened your account. They were meant for genuine private buyers, not businesses who pretend to be private. And now you are taking advantage of eBay's new 'No fees for private sellers'. The sooner you are either forced to register as a business or have your account suspended the better.
And stop whining about paying fees. You've avoided them since you started trading on here. It's high time you paid your dues.

like i said i spoke ebay and they didnt have a problem with how i sold or how many i sold, or they would have told me become a business but they didnt and i dont care what u think. Im most likely not only one who did private sales and wont be the last either so why not have a go at them to. U all have ur views but u dont have be so rude and unpolite about things. It doesnt matter how many u see i sell or how many i pack has nothing to do with my question on sellers fees does it and i cant change the question ive tried. Most threads are about how awful they become for businesses on here so do u wonder why people havent become a business like people like u because i was on the view to make a little money with buy and sell things i dont sell millions a week or make millions to be worth doing like ALOT OF BUSINESS ON HERE DO.

You should not take advice on UK consumer law requirements from Ebay's overseas customer service reps.

They won't, they are largely based in the Philippines and deal well with eBay related queries but are not up to speed to with UK consumer law.
Sellers are responsible for their listings and for knowing if they are trading as a business, or just selling off their own personal bits and pieces.
