How can I speak to a human re handling an abusive ebay buyer?

As per title, how can I speak to a human re handling an abusive ebay buyer? Ive tried help and keep getting looped in chat. Anyone know a direct route I can use? There is no case yet and filing a report is useless for telling me how to deal with the ebayer? Thanks in advance

Our direct link to get a callback has been removed.    The only way we have now is to click on the help link at the top of any page.   Select a topic then scroll down to Contact Us.   Get to automated assistant and put in the question box Can I speak to an agent?   Keep repeating until they pass you to a real person.

If they have sent abusive messages you can report those by clicking on the three dots at the top right of the message.

Block them and switch on "don't allow messages from blocked users"
