Help with payment.

Hi all. I have sold an item listed as cash on collection but can be posted at buyers risk and expense. Ebay are showing buyer has paid yet buyer has offered to pay by bank transfer for the item the fees and the postage and has asked for bank details in order to pay by transfer.   How do I proceed further. ?? I am happy to arrange a courier and send the item.  Why are Ebay showing buyer has paid when he hasn't. ?? How do I correct this ?? Thank you.

Cash on collection has ended. They will have paid already if it shows that on the sale. DO NOT hand over your bank details.

Just check you pending payments see if balance is there, It will move from pending to available once he has collected the item.

Also check your account you appear to have 600 Ferrari t shirts on a private account and 6000 cards, it looks like you have been hacked and they are selling on your account.!
