Funds not fully available

I sold a card for £23 and the funds were meant to be available today but I only received £7 of the funds available. The buyer paid for postage and I was deducted £2.10 for promotion fees but I don't understand why I didn't get the full amount. Will it be sent later on in the day?

Click on the Order Details above the picture of the item sold. On the right side, it will say order earnings. You can also choose to see a breakdown with fees paid.

You may also need to check your payment summary in the seller hub to see an overview of all income and outgoings.

On the order details I should of received 20.67. the 20.67 has been taken out of my pending amount but I've only been given 7

You need to check your payment summary which will give you a running total.
