Feedback Revision

Hi all does anyone know when your feedback revision requests reset? 

As in when i can start sending some again as i currently have 0 and getting buyers being very hasty and leaving negative feedback for no reason other then themselves purchasing the incorrect item or not even communicating with us so we can rectify things. 

Its normally new users to sadly and its killing our business

You're allowed 5 feedback revision requests per year. However, you can increase the number of feedback revision requests allowed by accumulating feedback points in the rolling 12 months.

This means that when you earn 1000 feedback points, you will automatically be given 5 more feedback revision requests. If you lose more feedback points than you acquire in the rolling 12 months, you may have fewer feedback revision requests than before.
