Feedback Received but Tracking not updated to show this

I sent an item Saturday Guaranteed by 1pm.

Buyer left great feedback including pics to show item delivered.

Royal Mail hasn’t updated tracking to show delivery completed. 

Funds not yet released as eBay not showing item delivered, what’s my next step?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I’d be grateful the buyer is so honest as they could have done you over on that.

Very unusual for RM to mess up a Special Delivery scan, I spoke to my local postman about those once and he said mistakes on those would put his job at risk. 

I’d request a call back from eBay (go to the help pages) and if you explain the situation to the agent they may be able to manually push it through so you get the funds. If they won’t do it because it is high value you might just have to wait.

The value is £510, does that count as a high value?

If it is, how long do I have to wait? And would it then be automatically released?

I’d say so, but my financial position has dropped off a bit this year haha.

Someone else might know how long it takes to be released automatically with no delivery confirmation, sorry I’m not sure on that part as I don’t use my private account.

I’ve never tried before, so I’ll try and figure out how to request a Call Back.
