Maybe Ebay should watch this program that was broadcast tonight and includes an undercover investigation into Evri as well as Evri's response's.

I don't think for a moment that ebay will care a proverbial. They're more likely to admire the fact that the company almost doubled its profits in one year and the highest paid director almost doubled their remuneration. I'm also more inclined to think that the bosses at ebay wish they could get away with treating their staff in the same way so that they make more money.

Happens every year with Evri, nothing new. The public statement they put out, will the usual 'cut and paste' as last year. Evri do not care, eBay will not care. Any parcels not delivered will be regarded as acceptable losses.

Was a bit disappointed , as the program just repeated what was done on with all previous years.
And as per usual Evri disputed all the stats . In other words Nothing to see here, move on

As an Evri customer for years, I made the decision last month to stop using them. I had rarely any problems, contrary to their reputation I felt it was more of an "impression" than reality however in Oct I had a handful of lost items but in Nov it was horrendous and approx 8 missing parcels lost, 2 days was taking 2weeks in more than the odd parcel and wasnt even xmas so I decided to move to Yodel who have delivered every parcel within 2 days.
As a buyer this month Ive had 3 INR (tracking stopped on "out for delivery")
and parcels taking well over a week. Unfortunately alot of sellers are using Evri and I'm now one of those buyers who dread getting that EVRI email to say "we have your parcel" especially before Xmas.

As a buyer Ive had tracking stop at out for delivery too. When I chased it up, 10 days later, the tracking timeline had ‘delivered’ added to it. The tracking didn’t make sense. I also never received it, there was no delivery photo or gps but because it said delivered, I also didn’t get a refund and was left out of pocket. If I know someone is using Evri, I won’t buy now or if Im able to, I select RM at checkout.

because it said delivered, I also didn’t get a refund - You should still get a refund via Ebays buyer protection if it was via Ebay if you open a case. - If not do a chargeback via your credit card/bank and they will refund. Thats why now I will only use my credit card to pay as the burden of proof is on the seller to prove you received it and tracking to say delivered isnt enough. You can do chargebacks upto 6mths I think so dont be out of pocket.

Like you I avoid like the plague any seller using Evri, but that does not stop the odd seller specifying RM but sending Evri I have now decided that when that happens I will leave a neutral feedback stating the reason.
