I had an item delivered on 23rd,always payment showing iny account 2 days after its been delivered, it states i should get a payment on my account on 25th,today and yet ebay havent released it?
The same thing is happening to me since yesterday.
In my case the highest item value is being released for payment in a batch due to be released. The lower value items are not being released. Is that the same with you or anyone else?
Have spoken with excellent agent in Ireland and manual release of funds is being sorted. The agent also stated that he can see no reports of system bugs currently.
I spoke to an agent yesterday afternoon who said he has passed on a message to release funds, and still nothing! Hoping due to bank holidah but not sure, mine is for £350
I am experiencing the same issue for a small sale which should be released today. Delivery is confirmed as two days ago. The pending date was today but ebay have changed it to the 6th. It is showing as delivered and no case has been opened. I contacted ebay via chat. It took ages with messages back and forth to get them to state they would release it in 12 hours. I pointed out it is still a long wait and they replied it would likely be 6 hours. It feels like I am trying to get my money from a school bully who has stolen my dinner money.
I have the exact same issue, it's unbelievable that they can just move the goalposts like this even when the order was delivered successfully and there is no dispute on the sale.
I've noticed on the order page it shows delivered at the top but further down they claim to have not received confirmation of delivery yet. It is delivered on the royal mail page. I am reluctant to contact the buyer to get feedback in order to get it released. Despite chatting to ebay they haven't changed the pending date from the 6th. It seems it is just a stalling method to hold our money for longer. Previously when this happened the agent released the funds while I was on chat, so they can do it instantly.
It seems to have become a game to see what Sellers are prepared to wait e.g. hours, days, weeks, month or forever. Funds can be put on hold within seconds but not released quickly.
I have tried twice on chat and a phone call about this. They said there is a glitch and I am to wait 24 further hours for them to resolve it. The glitch seems to change the pending date for funds release to a much later date. How convenient this is for them!
Got 4 orders, funds due today, now says 6th July! Contacted via chat and the rep didn't understand what I was talking about just kept saying the funds will be ready in 2 days (which I said was today) then said they will be with me by tomorrow (I told them that's 3 days not 2) I gave up at that point. It seems like there's a new glitch every day, getting beyond a joke now.
I have exactly the same problem. Sold two theatre programmes to the same buyer. Posted both together last Saturday morning at 9am 48 Tracked. One actually got delivered on Monday, the other on Wednesday 25th. Looked at why I'm still awaiting payment. Shows delivered at the top and awaiting delivery at the bottom. Been on to an agent who said that I have to wait another 24 hours "just in case there buyer is not satisfied with the item" ebay seem to be making the rules up as they go along.
