Ebay has not paid me.

Sold an item that was delivered on the 5th July. It said my funds would be available today 7th July but they are still not available. Tried to go to the live chat but all I got was a Bot which was a waste of time. I am getting sick of ebay hanging on to MY money. I am not a new seller I have been on here years. It bad enough we have to pay for postage out of our own pocket but now they cannot even pay it when they are supposed to.

Your account is 5 years old but,  did you have a break from selling and recently returned to sell?  Then,  your payouts may be held longer as sudden selling activity can be a sign of an account being hijacked,  so eBay wish to see proof that the genuine owner has returned.

What does your Payment Summary state ?  Does it say the payout is on hold ?  

As w have no access to your account and eBay Customer Services do,  you can contact them see what they say if there is a hold here.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
