Please help
i am trying to live chat with an ebay employee and all i get is have us call you or Hard of hearing,visually impaired...which takes you to sending an email. I have had the option a few days ago but no matter the time of day I cannot get that option. Am I doing something wrong? Are the live chat agents only available at certain times in the UK?
I am going to bang my head on my desk sooner or later!!!

If you want the automated assistant, then top left of your homepage click on Help & Contact tab. I don't use the app, but that option is definitely there on a PC / laptop.
Go through ticking several box options, as to the query you have, and you will come across eventually in the left sidebar.... Chat with automated assistant appearing in a panel on the right.
Lines open today at 8 a.m.

Live chat is not available at all now. Use call back instead.
