I have just spent another few hours reading all the posts on here. I have written off the £100 or so that I should have been paid for my sales this month as clearly Ebay have no intention of paying anyone ever.
I have sent a Letter to my MP and being in Scotland my MSP as what Ebay are doing just cannot be legal.
Sell a jacket for £100, sent it by Royal Mail Next Day delivery.Jacket is duly delivered,marked as delivered,buyer leaves positive feedback but then a few days later gets automatically refund £100 by Ebay as they have not ticked a "Everything is OK Icon" . I have asked the people who have bought from me if they can see this icon or box but they say there is nothing.
So now buyers can scam sellers with the full knowledge of Ebay who are enabling them - *bleep*.

"I have just had a discussion with chat regarding the changes to funds being paid out only after the items are delivered. If the item is not showing as "Delivered" on the tracking of an item then funds are witheld by ebay unless the buyer ticks a box to say they have received the item. They admit there is nothing to force a buyer to click that icon so if they don't ebay will refund the buyer from your funds. Therefore if the buyer has received the item but the tracking shows it has not been delivered and they don't tick the received icon then they get to keep the item and get a full refund. ".
I think this need to go beyond sellers complaining on here and be passed to people who could actually make a difference - National Newspapers and Politicians.
