Digital Sales Report Help

Hi everyone,

I am trying to get my Digital Sales Report for Jan 2024 - January 2025 as I am trying to make sure I comply with the Tax changes.  It says on my account under the tax section that I haven’t received a Digital sales report yet.  I am definitely over the threshold, so I just went on live chat with ebay and they said the Digital sales report is sent directly to HMRC and not to the sellers themselves but information on the help pages says I should get it.  Can anyone help me understand this please? If your account was actively selling before the 1st Jan 2024 then your sales won't be provided to HMRC until next year.

Whatever is sent will be available to you in your account.

You are a private seller selling your second hand possessions so it should not affect you so don’t worry about it.

Ignore what the customer service rep told you. If, and when, eBay report any sales data to HMRC they are legally obliged to make that data accessible to you via your account.  As @papso22 has mentioned eBay has not yet forwarded any data on your sales to HMRC yet.
