Which part of Europe can you see that is selling into Europe, I cant see it, ive had others check, they cant see it

Yes its showing as Europe but these are continent categories where sellers then manage their excluded list.

Asia, Canada, Europe etc etc

Within 'Europe' I have excluded all EEA and NI (GPSR) countries, this was how Ebay CS instruct to do so

This has been double checked

I still have active countries within 'Europe' Switzerland and Turkey as it is OK to sell to these countries, again as instructed by Ebay CS.

If this is the issue, if I exclude Europe as a whole how can I sell in Switzerland and Turkey please?

As advised before, this is not something we are able to check over here, and I said that that could be one of the reasons why, I didn't say that was specifically why. Also, for privacy and security reasons, we cannot check different accounts.

As I advised yesterday, your best option here is to either contact customer service from the account in question to see if customer services can find anything for you, as there is no direct line for any regulatory teams, or follow the instructions on the email sent to you.

From experieince CS have not been able to help as well. They can't communicate with the regulatory team either, I can not supply the information, and I shouldnt have to as its not being sold into Europe, hence the Forum post. 

If appropriate for tomorrows Webinar (dont think it is but just in case) and a Mod? is involved it would be appreciated if this could be raised, I am not around.

Feedback - We were advised in February 24 that the new Regulatory Operating Fee was being introduced, to ALL sellers. 'To address the rising costs associated with the increasing number and complexity of regulations, including consumer and environmental protection, as well as new taxation and customs measures' 

GPSR falls into this category, yet I can not communicate with the department?

Appreciate you cant help me, just feedback.
