Cannot remove "Unanswered Question" Tab.

Hello,

5 Days ago I was sent a Message asking for more details on an Item I had listed for sale. There was a Tab at the top of the page saying unanswered question.

I opened the message and sent an answer.

The Tab with "Unanswered Question" did not go away.

I remembered that on a listing drop down menu there used to be the option to mark a question  as "answered".However this is no longer there.

I tried logging out and back in but no the tab was still there.

I deleted the message - Tab still there.

I moved the message to archive - Tab still there.

I deleted the message from the archive but ....Tab still there.

I don't suppose it's a big deal just really annoying that I cannot find a way to remove it.

Anyone any idea's ?.

It's a common problem. If you answer the question from messages it doesn't go away but had you answered the question from the prompt on the listing I think it does.

Also, if the potential buyer responds to your answer with 'thanks' then that shows as an unanswered question too.
Really annoying but I haven't found a way to remove it until the listing ends.
