Buyer offers

A buyer made an offer on 3 of my items which I accepted. They have paid for 1 and said there was a problem with their bank in regards to paying for the other 2. These 2 items have since disappeared from my bought list, is this normal now ?

I have read recently that when a buyer makes an offer the item only goes in to the sold list when buyer actually pays.

Have you checked to see if the items are still "live".

Other than that,maybe you have your settings set so that unpaid items are cancelled after 4 days if not paid for in which case they should be in your unsold list.

Hi carolined1234chocolate, thanks for your post.

Your items won't show as sold until your buyer actually pays for it, this is to prevent unpaid item cases, and you having to relist the item.

Once the buyer pays, it should show in the sold section.
