I don't understand why the new BPF includes Collection in Person. The buyer collects item and usually will inspect/check it and scan the code to reflect they are happy with purchase. I have several larger/breakable items that I prefer not to send in post. It all seems ridiculous to me and will be listing on Marketplace in future.
