Buy it now and the free FVF in October

From 1st October it is free to sell for private sellers, meaning eBay will no longer take a percentage of the final selling price, I have two items listed on Buy It Now that I listed in September, if they sell in October will eBay take a percentage of the sale as it was listed in September, or will it be free if it sells in October.

hi, my question is similar to the previous one. i note you said it would be free to sell the item that was listed in september but i just want to be sure re the following.  today i was revising the price of an expensive item listed before october as i can reduce the price if i won't have to pay hefty fees, but it still says transaction fees apply on my listing, the same as it said before october. does this mean if it sells the free to sell will not apply ? i would appreciate advise. thanks
