Buuyer says not received but tracking shows delivered

Hi. Posted via Evri label printed via ebay. The tracking shows delivered 4 days ago with a pin at the correct address and photo. Buyer didnt receive a photo from Evri and has raise a item not received issue. I have sent her the proof of posting, delivery timeline and photos from Evri.

is there anything else i can do?

You can suggest she ask her neighbours in case someone has taken it in.   As long as the tracking is on ebay she won't win the "not received" case.

I would have said that re. winning a case before I've read a few threads on here recently.
