Appealing late delivery

Hi

Has anyone successfully appealed a late delivery strike.

I have just gone over the 3% rate, all marked as - 

- Postal courier indicated late delivery

- Posted after dispatch time

None of the items were sent after the dispatch time, however some missed the delivery date.

Surely missed delivery dates are the fault of the courier ?.

If a parcel is dropped off on the correct dispatch day, but the post has already been collected for that day, does this count as late dispatch time ?

I had 8, I appealed all of them, it was rejected

Then a week or say later 6 that said  Postal courier indicated late delivery were removed, the only two that remain are one's that say Postal courier indicated late delivery, Buyer confirmed late delivery

All large letters

You have to appeal them to be rejected - then call / chat and get a human and they will remove it - Ive had loads removed this way - All Royal mail Large letters but the system seems to be removing them automatically now (few days after they appear)
