ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - NOT GETTING PAID

I have now been trying to sort out my payments for over 2 hours now and had to just end the chat as the agent was just repeating the same thing over and over but not actually saying where my money was.

Payout for two sales were apparently available on the 15th but the money was not in the Ebay balance.

I then made a 3rd sale of £30 which was with free postage but the buyer was charged over £38. I was not able to screen shot a picture to the agent.Below is what it says on my account.

There is an > next to the bottom line and when I click on this it shows -

The agent on live chat just kept on saying the 96p was for a postage label change ?. But could not be more specific.

I can find no reference to this postage label charge.

For some these amounts might be trivial but when I am only making £1.81 - £3.31 on most sale the loss of 96p is a big hit.

They are marking funds as available but then not sending them. 3 sales I've made since the 9th feb and 2 were sent by Yodel £2.69 and 1 by RM48 small parcel £3.39.What this 96p postage label change is I have no idea.

It will be a big loss to me as I have been selling under this account for 16 years and many years under two previous accounts. Never had so much trouble as in the past 3 weeks.

Looks like you missed all the Feb 4th rollout. BPF, buyer protection fund, delayed payments for private sellers and the last step will be Simple Delivery.

First question have they been delivered yet ?

If they have you get paid 2 days later unless there is a further hold on your account

If they haven't as in no tacking or no update in tracking you should get paid in 14 days after the last expected delivery date, These are the new rules.

Private accounts are basically not getting paid until it been delivered or they assume deliver in 14 days.

So that reads you have £36 pending not available for withdrawing
