Calls from debt company acting on eBay’s behalf

Hi

    I keep getting emails and texts about my fee to pay eBay for promoted listings . This has been paid but the agency DRS keep spamming my phone .

Is there away eBay can contact them as I believe it’s there client ?

You need to contact CS and report this, see if they can help.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

If the debt has only recently been paid it make take a while to filter through but you could try contacting ebay to see if they can call them off.   You can use callback on here:
