help please with shape name sealed chinese bottle vase

I have a small sealed hand painted chinese vase ,does anyone know the name or the purpose or fuction of this , it is seald at the top so would not be able to add flower or is it a purly decorative piece ,no markings to the base ,very greatful if anyone can enlighting me

This looks Japanese to me, probably kutani ware and I don't think it too old maybe Showa era. Without close up inspection it's hard to determine use.

do you know what it was used for or is it soly a decorative piece as there are no holes in it thanks
