postal charged to ebay

i sold 3 items reasontly that said on the breakdown that  the postage cost  went  to  ebay,  so  the  money  paid  to  me  for  the item  was  just  the  sale  value  and  not  the postage,  leaving  me to cover the cost of the postage  from  my  sale  price,  which on  one  cheapy item a minus,     i  do not state that  i offer free  postage  and always  select  the  postal  cost  for  royal  mail   i do not use  evri as i have  had  to  many  problems  with  them  with  deliveries,  i  am quite  confused  by this  and  do  not  know  why  this  is  happening,   am  i  missing  something,   ang  advise  will  be  gratefully received,

If the postage cost is going to ebay (and also, looking at your current items) you have your listings moved over to Simple Delivery.

Basically, on these orders - the buyer will pay ebay for the postage, and ebay will provide you a prepaid label. This will either be Royal Mail or Evri ( you can turn off one or the other in your settings for future listings).

You should have been emailed a link to download your postage labels (you need to ship all orders separately at the moment, even if they are to the same buyers address).

You should be able to also get your labels from your Order List
