i have sold a few items that when packed slightly exceeded my initial estimates, and took the parcel out of the bracket that ebay were trying to sell me postage for. I dont want to be liable for some unknown charge, so I booked the item through parcel2go. I wasnt able to add the tracking number, to the ebay sales record, but in each case i added it as a note in the sales record. I did this a few years ago and was able to add the tracking number, and it all went as usual. but now i seemed to be unable to add the tracking number, first parcel i sent lije this the buyer gave me good feedback, and I thought the late dispatched warning would go, months later it hasnt, and she has paid ebay the postage and i have paid parcel2go. next tine it happened i wasn't surprised when the item still showed as not dispatched, and after a month or so i got a message, because i hadn't dispatched the item they were giving the buyer her money back! and a few days ago i got a message saying they had looked at the postage on my items and changed sizes or weights to make postage cheaper, am I now going to end up sending everything via an external service!
