Hi everyone,
need a bit of guidance here..i sold a new product, the buyer then claimed it wasn't as expected, reasons given were unreasonable. anyways, i choose 'refund after return" & sent them a simpleDelivery label. I was willing to eat the cost, but not offer a free item to someone who was making reasons up. After a few hours, the buyer sends me a message saying they'll keep the item etc. Now, what should my next steps be? Ask buyer to cancel return request? i know theres a form to apply for refund for postage label, but will it still be possible once buyer cancels request. I have never been in this position so a little confused..any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
