eBay has changed the postage weights on my items from 2kg royal mail to 20kg. What's going on?

Let's just say I listed something that will go in a Royal mail 2 kilo packet, I've then put in the postage part on the listing Royal mail 2kg, but now almost all of my thousand or so listings eBay has changed them all to a 20 kilogram Royal mail postage. It looks like it has changed it for every single one of the listings, and where I have selected yodel or evri one kilogram package, when I revise the item now it is showing a 15 kilogram parcel. Anybody know? Check your listings people if you are an eBay shop

I never put the weight of my items in the listing as I take my items myself to the postoffice and they weigh them there and tell me the cost of the postage .I am a ivate seller so as a business seller do you have to put the weight in .I have scales here that  i weigh my parcels on so I know how much the postage will cost and I have marks on they parcel desk to tell me small or medium parcel and i have a slots  in wood the size of a door letter box that I can tell if the item will be a letter or large letter

Mine used to do this years ago when an item relisted. It didn’t really matter for a UK sale except I always wondered what the knock on effect was for GSP postage.

Since creating my own postage polices under business policies it doesn’t happen anymore.
