can't provide tracking number or mark as Dispatched for buyer - not visible

i have used Parcelforce as delivery service for the item , however there is NOT visible option that i can provide tracking number or mark as has been Dispatched from the Laptop so how do i can add Tracking number to transaction or how to mark as dispatched? thanks
