Warning - Secretly opted into the Global Shipping Program

I've deliberately not offered Global Shipping for some while, the option for it does not even appear as I compile my listings. Imagine my surprise this morning when an item sold came up as shipping via the Global Shipping Program to Australia! I checked my postage preference and found I had been opted into Global Shipping without my consent. I have just had to manually 'opt out' of the program.

So, a warning to all, check your postage preferences.

No, a new listing. No GSP button of any sort when compiling a listing, so it wasn't a case of it being on or off.
