Re: To edit or create policy use a web browser

Hi,

Have you chosen which Courier you want to use for your item/s being sent by Simple delivery.

If not, go to the Postage Preference section and select Royal Mail or another courier, or both.

Then go back to listing your item/s.

You press Simple Delivery postage and eBay will give a price for small parcel or if large letter over 100g.

All the best.

Re: To edit or create policy use a web browser

It sounds as though you have one or more Business Postage Policies set up.  You can see and edit your Policies here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/bp/manage?profileType=SHIPPING&sortType=-listingCount&_pgn=1&limit=25

When creating a listing you need to ensure that you have entered a price for your item and selected the package size in order to bring up the relevant postage options (Simple Delivery/Custom Postage).  If only Simple Delivery is available then it will automatically override your Postage Policy.  If Custom Postage is available then selecting that will use the selected Postage Policy.

Hi steptoesdaughter2013, thanks for your post.

Just to add to the above, you can try this other link here, to see if you can edit/update your policies. If you still get the same error after trying all the above, please take a screenshot of the error in question you get, and I'll take a further look for you (I realize that you tried to upload a screenshot already, but it looks like it wasn't attached to your message).
