Trying to list various items, however the Simple Delivery box is no longer there. I’m left with custom delivery only.

I've just checked for you, and the Simple Delivery option is there. However, sbespecially4u seems to be right here, that looks like the overseas/international section, and to confirm, Simple Delivery doesn't support international sales unless it is a GSP order (in this case Simple Delivery covers the first leg, which is the shipping coming from you to our hub).
