Lost 3 orders yesterday due to postage costs deemed to be too high at checkout for the items concerned.... Buyers are right to feel this way....... and I was unable to raise another invoice in the 'old' way to pacify them..... Spent an hour on CHAT and finally got a resolution but later told it violated ebay rules... so back to Square One ........this situation is unprecedented.... postage alternatives are available .... we should have access to them...
