Simple Delivery & Postage Costs

All my listings are small parcels under 2kg, I use Royal Mail Tracked 48, print my own labels, they are £3.45. I use the ebay app, which defaults to Simple Delivery with a cost of £3.38: I cannot edit or there is no option for custom postage to change to £3.45 so I am losing out!! Does anyone have a solition to this? Thanks

Simple Delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked 48, if you opt out of Evri, so how are you losing out?

Buyers are paying £3.38, label costs £3.45. The option to edit the postage costs to £3.45 isn’t there, it defaults to £3.38

Yes, the buyer pays eBay £3.38 for the label which eBay then supplies to you.  You just need to either print the label or take the QR code that eBay will also provide to the Post Office so that the Post Office can print the label for you.  You don't need to pay for a label yourself.
