Selecting 'add additional service'

Today eBay seem to have stopped  the  'add additional service'  button. When selecting this one gets the box that used to have all the alternative services but this is no longer there. One is instructed to choose up to 3 services but there is nothing to choose. I also see that unsold items have been renamed as 'inactive'.  When listing new items yesterday the postage rates part worked fine. Is this a glitch in the system - if so how do I overcome it? Selecting simple delivery works, however the list now option has disappeared. Any advice would be helpful.

I did sell similar on one of your Fiji sets. After putting in a price, I could select Custom Postage and add multiple postage options. I'm using Windows 10/Chrome.

Sorry to hear about this, but I've just checked from my end, and the option is definitely still there (please see screenshot below).

Could you please try clearing the caches and cookies of your browser, or maybe try using a different one to see if that fixes the issue? If you still don't get the option in question, please take a screenshot of what you see instead, and I'd be happy to take a further look for you.

Did you get this issue fixed? As I have the same problem today, clicked primary service and nothing is there, even when I type royal mail it finds nothing

I`m finding exactly hte same problem so now cannot do any extra listings!

The same is happening for me.  I have listed several items and since the cost of postage is rising next week I wanted to adjust the postage costs but I can no longer do this.  Is this yet another mindless activity on ebay's behalf or something else?

Hi Marco unfortunately although it says add other postage services the box is completely blank

Cleared cache, cookies etc and nothing.  No more new listings until this has been sorted.

I have the same problem. When selecting 'Add Primary Service' all options for the primary service are no longer available. Refuse to use Simple Delivery as who's going to pay £2.74 postage when I normally charge £1.00.

Hi just to let you know I contacted Customer Services and fortunately got through to Dublin ( once I braved  the bots!)  He has identified this as a problem so please can everyone report this too so we can  escalate this as othewise we aren`t going to be able to list for 72 hours.  Thank you ++

i was onto them today and they said there has been people reporting it and they are working on it so please check back in 24/48 hours so i guess we just have to keep checking

Just a workaround for now, go to the eBay mobile app, you can select the simple delivery and "additional service" and post. It's working on the eBay mobile app.

Except that when you click add services, there are none available. I spoke to ebay twice yesterday and it's a known issue they're trying to fix.
