Hi , today I tried to generate a simple delivery Royal Mail label for three of my orders I get the following message.
"It was not possible to generate the label. An issue occurred while generating your postage label. Please try again in a few moments."
I have tried every hour to print the label but get the same message , has anyone else had this issue today or do you kown if it is a system outage with Royal Mail / Ebay Print Label

It appears that my issue is related to RM temporary suspension of collection services for my area as the label will generate if i do not try to book a collection.
It’s not you, it’s us… we sometimes have to stop offering collections in areas temporarily, and we hope to offer collections from your area again soon, but in the meantime you can use our network of drop off points to send all your items."

Would you have the item number by any chance? We're looking to flag this directly with Royal Mail, but we would need the item number to provide them with all the information, so we can report it properly.

item number for one of the deliveries is 226869590540 which is now on route to the customer .

Just to confirm that's the order where you got the error message above, correct? I just to double check, were you able to book the collection in the end or did you have to ship the item the traditional way?

All impacted orders had to be shipped the traditional way as collection was suspended for my area.

The error message above I posted was from the RM website which I checked to see if I could book a collection for my postcode area
