Free delivery label for Authenticity Guarantee

Hi,

Sold a pair of trainers today, when listing the only delivery option was with the new Authenticity Guarantee.

I've tried to print the label but it just gives an error "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label."

Contacted ebay online chat but all they did was forward my problem to another department and told to wait 48-72 hours for a reply.

Is anyone else having the same issue or is this just me?

Got an email today from support,  it was a ebay bug and has now been fixed.
