Can't manually add tracking with Simple Delivery

I don't have a drop down from 'track package' to add my own tracking number, but I used simple delivery and I'm on desktop, does anyone know how to solve this?

I’d suggest you read what allows you to opt out of simple delivery.

 

it’s only allowed for items over £750 or outside the weight and size limits of the couriers, or if the item is under £20 AND under 100g AND large letter or less AND then only in selected categories.

 

only other option is to upgrade to a business seller. Though a business seller would only be applicable if you are specifically buying items to resell.

You can’t any more. You are expected to use the supplied simple delivery label.

 

all you can do is message the customer the new tracking number.

In this case, should I change all my listings to NOT simple delivery? would that let me add my own tracking?

ah i meant a new tracking number that's from a label bought online from another courier, not simple delivery's prepaid one!

I need to send silver coin, which isn’t insured under simple shipping. I used the correct category etc when listing. However it’s still listed with simple selling
