Hermes' deliveries have been experiencing delays over the past weeks.

 

We have been monitoring the situation closely and to mitigate any delays that may arise, time has been added to the delivery estimates we display to buyers since December 1st. Whilst the carrier is remedying the situation, we will review the situation and the extensions with the carrier regularly.

 

With these extensions in place, you do not need to adjust your handling time to account for these delays.

Meanwhile, remember to upload tracking numbers to your transactions to allow your buyers to see where their item is. By doing this, you’ll also be better protected in the event of delays or if a buyer opens an Item not received request.
