Deliveries to and from some postcodes in the Birmingham and Coventry areas might experience delays due to the ongoing 2022 Commonwealth Games.
To mitigate any delays that may arise, time has been added to the delivery estimates we display to buyers.
With these extensions in place, you do not need to adjust your handling time to account for these delays.
Meanwhile, remember to upload tracking numbers to your transactions to allow your buyers to see where their item is. By doing this you’ll also be better protected in the event of delays or if a buyer opens an Item not received case.
